You’re welcome, Sonya. You’re a super-talented singer and I’m sure you’ve made the connection between better health and better singing. Thank you for chiming in. Btw, loved the music I heard at your website.

This blog is helpful. I have been working out twice a day – once in the morning and again in the evening (for about a month and a half now). I feel stronger and in even better cardio shape, but I haven’t lost any pounds! At my age, I want to see the scale go DOWN. My problem is my eating (I think). The list of foods to say away from was really helpful, I got to stay away from bread (saying ten times). Beside celery, what foods can I eat that help burn calories?? Thank you and I follow you on twitter too!

There are 3 Bowie residents that attend BNFIT Bootcamp, the drive is about 15-20 minutes that early. Also, there are showers at the facility. Let’s test it. I KNOW you can do it!!!

Still feeling the pain from that workout, but I’m motivated to go on to the next class. I believe this is what I’ve been looking for to help with my life changes of being fit and healthy

Hi Marlena! I’m glad you’re interested in training with BNFIT. Our workouts are for ever level — beginners to advanced. Daily we warmup, train hard using resistance bands, weights, suspension training, some form of high cardio (sprints, stairs, jump ropes, hurdles, and LOTS of combos), abs and we cool down with stretching.

Currently, Mon-Fri 5-7am Ben Stoddert Middle 2501 Olson St, Temple Hills

Please bring a set of weights, a set of gloves, yoga mat and water.

      Thanks a million.

Hi! Is the group boot camp class recommended for people who are considered obese? I am looking to join a class but not sure if this one is too advanced/fast paced for me. Also what are you meeting times? Do you do classes in the morning and afternoon? On weekends?

    • June 9, 2017 8:20 am

Hi. The classes are intended for everyone. In one class, there may be several levels of people. If you’re a beginner or obese, you may be doing a modification of what someone who is a veteran is doing. Making adjustments, making it happen.
