Farmer’s Market

So I went to Eastern Market’s Farmer Market Saturday. I’m definitely going to start shopping there more…

It was eye-opening that there are so many varieties of kale and greens and versions of strawberries — all lovingly grown by people who labor to supply quality to an increasing demand. What I really liked is that there were so many foods on display so that you could taste that mango or that Swiss Chard or that beautiful local cheese. 

It’s encouraging that I don’t have to be so bored and eventually-easily distracted…
