Boot Camp: Circuit Training

Do the following exercises for 20 reps or 1 minute at a time:

  1. Pushups
  2. Situps
  3. Jumping Jacks
  4. Alternating Lunges
  5. Bicep Curls
  6. Jumping Jacks again.

Beginners do this circuit 5 times; advanced go 10 times.

Go hard.
